Do you accept reservations?
Yes. Give us a call or use the widget on our home page. If you have an exceptionally large party or special requests, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to let us know if your party includes children or others who may not be comfortable at our high tops. And please include your phone number!
Do you take phone in carry-out orders?
Yes. An online ordering system is coming soon. Meanwhile, just give us a call at (301) 854-1000.
Do you serve brunch?
Not at this time. We are considering a brunch later in the year. Keep checking back for updates.
Are children welcome / Do you have a kid’s menu?
Children are always welcome when accompanied by an adult. We do not however have a kid’s menu at this time.
Do you have live music or other entertainment?
Are you the same as The Brewer’s Art in Baltimore?
We are similar but not the same. We are considered their “sister” restaurant and share some resources but operate totally independently of one another. We have many of The Brewer’s Art classic menu items and access to all of their classic and seasonal Baltimore brewed beers. However, we are more casual, hence the “Tavern” in our name. Please also note that we do not honor each other's gift cards.
Can your restaurant accommodate large parties?
We have a maximum capacity of 85 seats per health/fire department guidelines. We can do private events up to about 75 people. Parties of 20-25 people can easily be accommodated at our large community tables. Please email email@example.com for additional details.
How late is your kitchen open?
That depends on you. We are currently open until 9pm and the kitchen may stay open until then if the crowd warrants it. However be patient with us during these trying times as we have needed to cut expenses wherever necessary and if the kitchen has not taken an order in some time, we will most likely close it after 7pm.
Where can I buy a gift certificate?
You can come in anytime and purchase a gift card in any amount.
What time is happy hour and what do you offer?
We are currently not offering a happy hour. Hopefully things will start returning to pre-pandemic times and we can reinstitute happy hour.
Do you have outside seating?
We have seating on two outdoor patios. If we can accommodate you outside we will. Seating on the patio may be temporarily unavailable during inclement weather because it is not under cover. There are heaters available for use during colder weather.
